We're funded! Thanks to all of you AMAZING people who helped this project become a funded REALITY! I'm so happy and so excited! 


So what happens next?
The next step is to send my comic to the printer. After they are printed and in my hands, I'll begin to send them off to you guys! Please be patient, however, as I need to be DONE with Dragon*Con before I can start putting my full attention to rewards. I'll begin to send those out around mid-September (save for the pdfs which will be sent out sooner). 


So you got $300 more then what you asked for! Where will those funds go?
Here's a breakdown of where the funds will go:
  • $1000 for printing 
  • $500 for advertising and swag (business cards, banners, prints, etc) 
  • $200 for a table at Geek Media Expo (turns out it was $100 less then what I thought. YAAY!) 
  • $100 Funding a Wacom Tablet so I can create faster! 
  • I rounded UP for a lot of these to account for tax and shipping. If I have any other leftover funds, they will go toward the purchase of a new computer so that I can work on my comic without the computer freezing every 10 minutes :)

New goals!

Hey all!

Yesterday, I hit my goal and am now at $1520 for this project. But I want to take it FURTHER! If I can raise $1800, I can secure a table at Geek Media Expo in October. This convention is one of the bigger ones in the Nashville area and would be something I'd love to go to. Problem is--it's $300 for a table there. So if I can get to $1800, by the end of this kickstarter campaign, I can go ahead and get my table there! Any funds surpassing that much will go toward future conventions and printing fees. I would hope to be able to attend the San Diego Comic Con next year, if possible! So keep on sharing this kickstarter with your friends!
