Oh The Humanity!

Greetings and salutations! That's us, Intangible Animal, opening the show with a fan favorite, "Ghost".  We love to support local art scenes. This video was taken at a show that was done for an art opening at the Oakland based gallery The Cricket Engine. When we met in 2008 we rehearsed in the basement of a deli for six months, which consequently led to our first show being in that deli for an art opening in October of that year. The project was initially intended to be a sort of folkrock opera with organ and ukelele but after some time and the loss of a couple members (honorary members for life), we were whittled down to a sort of experimental pop trio. Now we play in venues all over California and we are planning our first tour (with your help of course) in July to promote the release of our album "Oh The Humanity". We're planning 17 days with shows in 13 cities across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. While on tour our expenses will include:

*Van rental- approx. $2000

*Gas-approx. $500

* Accommodations-$20 per night (camping/couch surfing)

As you can see, touring can get expensive quickly but through the generous support of fans, friends, and family, independent musicians like us can continue to roam the highways, peddling our various and sundry sonic oddities.
