Hi, this is Tak "Tone" Nakamine from Imari Tones. (Firstly, I say sorry if my English sounds funny. Because I'm a Japanese.)

We are a Christian rock band. We call ourselves "the first Christian heavy metal from Japan".

It's harder than you think to play in a Christian rock bands here in Japan. Most people here are Buddhist, or simply don't believe in God (That's very common in Japan).

There are very few Christian bands here, and it means Christian market is very small here in Japan. That's why we have to go outside Japan to get our music heard.

In the past, we toured in USA twice. Both were short tours. It was a great experience. We played in a church in New York, we friended with other Christian bands (It's very hard to find one in Japan), we friended with Japanese Christian people living in USA and also played in their churches. We also played in some local clubs and got great reactions.

But those previous tours, we did all with our own budget. Air tickets, rent-a-car, motel, everything. We sold CDs and T-shirts but they are not enough to cover all costs for Japanese band like us. So we decided it's time to ask some help. Help from our friend Christians.

We have just released our new record called "Victory In Christ". It's a strong record full of strong songs with faith. So this time we want to go on a bigger tour, more cities and churches.

We believe in God and we believe in miracles. We became Christians 3 years ago, it was a miracle. And some people says our band itself is a miracle. Not only because bands with strong faith are very rare in Japan, but also we are also an old school hard rock / heavy metal revival with a fresh feeling. We don't follow hype. We play real rockn'roll for His glory.

So let the miracle keep going on. Our mission is to say loudly&proudly "There is a Christian rock band in Japan, too!" to the world, and most importantly, to our home country Japan.
