Greetings backers! I wanted to give you all an update on Hustling's latest news!

On February 19th, 2013 the cast of HUSTLING attended the 4th Annual Indie Soap Awards at New World Stages in New York City. We had received seven nominations in total, BEST SERIES (DRAMA), BEST WRITING, BEST SOUNDTRACK, BEST ENSEMBLE (DRAMA) BEST ACTOR (Sebastian La Cause), BEST ACTRESS (Jessica Press) and BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS (Daphne Rubin-Vega). HUSTLING was one of the top nominated shows. Last year we received one nomination for BEST ACTOR, which I received. This year we were thrilled to take home the awards for BEST ENSEMBLE (DRAMA) and a second consecutive honor for BEST ACTOR! It was an incredible night!

Most recently, HUSTLING received it's most prestigious honor to date. On April 9, 2013, the International Academy of Arts and Sciences selected HUSTLING as an Offical Honoree in the 17th Annual Webby Awards in the Drama category. "With 11,000 entries received from all 50 states and over 60 countries, the Official Honoree distinction is awarded to the top 15% of all work entered that exhibits remarkable achievement."

"The Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. Established in 1996 during the Web's infancy, The Webbys is presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) — a 1,000+ member judging body that includes Executive Members comprised of leading Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities, and Associate Members who are former Webby Award Winners and Nominees and other Internet professionals."

The show has received 3 GROOVY AWARD nominations; GROOVIEST DRAMA SERIES, GROOVIEST ACTOR and GROOVIEST GUEST STAR for Gerald McCullouch. On December 16th, HUSTLING was honored with 7 INDIE SOAP AWARD nominations, BEST DRAMA SERIES, BEST WRITING, BEST ACTOR (Sebastian La Cause), BEST ACTRESS (Jessica Press), BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS (Daphne Rubin-Vega), BEST SOUNDTRACK and BEST ENSEMBLE.  I couldn't be more thrilled and proud of what we have accomplished.
