We have a dream to record our first EP, but we need your help!
How the West Was Won's goal is to record an EP in the Summer of 2012. As a band, we want to express ourselves through music. We have written for the past 3 years and now the time has come to release this music to the world, but we need your help to make it happen.
We are recording this summer with Goat Shed Studios based out of Mulino, Oregon. All of the donated funds that we receive are going to this project 100%, not a penny will be wasted. We are recording a single in May to start preparing for our EP. We are using all the money we have made from playing shows to pay for the Single. We are taking on this single as our first big investment into the band. What we need is your help to raise the rest of the money so we can produce the other five songs that will complete our EP. We cannot complete this EP without it.
Our band has five members: Jon Curtis (Vocals), Ethan Spencer (Drums), Peter Elliott (Bass Guitar), Jon Wipff (Lead Electric), and Brian Holmes (Keys).
