Which one of the 4 would make the best T- shirt?! I think Bukowski is the best design... but I'm open for suggestions.

Also I am making a 16 x 20 print of the four kings on one poster - If you want a specific one individually let me know.

Thanks for supporting my book, it means a lot to me. Its all edited, in order and is in the process of being laid out. I still have to finish up a few drawings and finalize the the cover. And then it will be off to the print. 

I'm very likely going to make a t-shirt of one of the drawings. Nothing too fancy just a one color print of one of the author drawings. I still have to post HST design. And I'll ask y'all for yer input on which one you'd like best. These will be special gifts to my $50 supporters and I'll prolly make them available for my cost + shipping to all other supporters - probably be about $10 extra if you want one, maybe a little less. Probably be white on a black T

Everything should be ready by early December.

Charles Bukowski - The King of Clubs with his Daily Racing Form and bottle of suds.

What I've always loved about Bukowski is at the heart of the hungover rants on death, shit, and woman is an unshakeable and surprising optimism. 

The ugly drunk bewildered - bewildered by the endless thirst and passion of his own heart. That he could take in all of that poison and turn it into something more beautiful and complex than gold.  Maybe what made us great was something we threw away and rejected because we didn't understand it and couldn't fucking sell it. Buying religious trinkets while the enduring roaring heart lay hidden in a landfill.

I am doing a special set of postcards and larger prints for Hookers or Cake volume II. Featured will be 4 kings of literature. The 1st is the King of Hearts - Kurt Vonnegut, the author of probably my favorite book of all-time, Slaughterhouse Five. The design consists of not only a rough caricature of Mr. Vonnegut but also elements from his books. From the fur collared vest decorated with assholes, to 'Support the Arts" pins from Breakfast of Champions... this original illustration will thrill fans and upset good Christians around the world.

The other 3 Kings of literature will be... well maybe I should make it a surprise.  I'll post the King of Clubs next perhaps on the 6th.
