Thanks so much for checking out our kickstarter page! 2012 is going to be a huge year for us, and we can't wait to get it started! 

It's been a few years since we've released any new music, so we're excited to announce that late this summer we'll be releasing our brand new album August Rain, produced by Mack Damon at Hollywood Studios in San Antonio, TX. This album is all of us, along with a few other accompanied musicians, and really shows our maturity and growth as a band. With this album, we wanted to tap into our roots in Texas Music, as well as touch on subjects that have a lot do with us growing up and where we came from. All of the new songs are true stories and experiences that we have had along the way. These songs include stories about us, friends, growing up in West Texas, the drought over the past few years, as well as a song centered around the West Texas Wildfires last year that hit way too close to home in Rotan, TX. The title of the album, August Rain, helps identify what the album is all about.

Here is where Kickstarter comes in. Kickstarter was created to help bands and artists like us. We need help in raising funds to properly release the album this summer. At the top right of this page, we have set a goal amount that we need to achieve within the number of days shown. This amount is how much we actually need to justify a proper cd release. If we don't achieve this goal within the time alloted, then everyone will be refunded back what they have pledged in the full amount. However, if we do achieve this goal or even surpass it, then we will get to use the money for all of the great things we have in store for the cd release and for this year!

With this, you have the chance to receive the new album and single before anyone else does! Also, you get the chance to receive a number of different things: autographed cds, autographed posters, merchandise, an exclusive video dvd, as well as an acoustic or full band set played at your house, backyard, or even your workplace. Whichever you choose, anything will be greatly appreciated!

We can't wait for everyone to hear this new album, especially our loyal friends and fans that have been so good to us for so long! We're back and have some great new music to share with you! Thanks,

Your donations will help with:

Mastering - the final process in finishing a record.  It's the finishing touch and polishes the final tracks!

Duplication - the cost of actually designing and creating the physical copies of the album.

Radio Promotions - our promoter will send a few designated songs to radio stations throughout the region that we will also be visiting!

New Merchandise - T-Shirts, Caps, Koozies, Stickers, etc.

Advertising - any other promotions we will do (banners on websites,magazine ads, etc.)
