First, you get a Steam code for a free copy of the original Defense Grid (PC) game immediately: as soon as we know you are a backer, even before funding closes. Then in December (we estimate), you'll get a digital copy of DG:Containment, and after that you'll get any new DG content funded from this Kickstarter when development is complete – you’ll also get DG2 – either funded directly from this Kickstarter or later when we are able to release it ourselves. We'll also create a new private forum for backers that you can join.

Early Bird Reward - get all the rewards of the $30 pledge level and below for just $20. This is only available to the first 500 people who pledge at this level.

Previous rewards + all previously released Defense Grid expansions (Borderlands, all four Resurgence map packs & You Monster). You'll get a DG level visualizer for submitting level ideas to us, a desktop wallpaper pack with concept art from DG:Containment and DG2. You'll get a ringtone of the original Defense Grid theme and a digital copy of the Defense Grid soundtrack as well as the DG2 soundtrack when it is done.

Previous rewards + access to each Steam beta before release. You'll see all new levels and give us early feedback. You'll receive a PDF file of the full DG:Containment concept art book and a PDF of the full Defense Grid 2 concept art book. Your name will also be in the Bronze Backer section of the credits.

If your computer supports it, you can use Crossfire technology to bind the cards together and according to AMD you’ll realize more performance than a single Radeon HD 6870 and approach the performance of a Radeon HD 6970! Or, you can keep one for yourself, and give the other to a friend or relative. $1000 tier rewards + lifetime Steam PC access for all planned and future Defense Grid franchise content (these lifetime DG codes are the only benefit applying to future content not covered by this Kickstarter drive). $2000 tier rewards + your name or a name you like (as agreed upon by our design staff) incorporated into the story or backstory fiction of the game. Based on the game’s needs (and in conjunction with our design staff) your name may be used for new characters, places or items in the world of Defense Grid. Your name will be listed in the Historical Backer section of the credits instead of other sections.

$5000 tier rewards + a special invitation to our big milestone review that will take place midway through development in Bellevue, WA. Come meet with the development team in person, we’ll have a delicious lunch, then take a tour of Hidden Path Entertainment, get something to drink out of the Defense Fridge, and settle in for a custom-tailored presentation on the development progress underway. You will hear everything about the creative process of making the game in person, play any early versions of content that are available, and then you can share the info and your opinion with the rest of the backers over your official VIP tagged forum account. Dinner with the team discussing all you heard during the day caps off the visit. Your name will be listed in the VIP Backer section of the credits instead of other sections.
