HERRA TERRA needs your help! This December, we're teaming up with Producer, Mike Watts (The Dear Hunter, As Tall As Lions) to produce and record our new EP. We desperately need the support of our family, friends, fans and all music lovers out there.
Today, working as an accomplished musician is harder than ever and we want nothing else but this to be our full time careers, but that takes a lot of sweat and blood. We believe working with Mike Watts will be a huge step in the right direction. This means traveling to Long Island, NY and spending two solid weeks, working day and night in the studio, making sure that every nuance in each song is nothing but perfect. It's literally dissecting everything we've written and making sure all the dynamics are right, assuring that all our songs instantly hit the listener's sweet spot without skipping a beat. It will ultimately be a hands-on learning experience, helping us all better understand the art of songwriting and, thus, making us a much more solid unit and certainly, a more professional act.
We need to raise over $9,000 to make all of this happen... and that's just the studio time. It may seem like a lot of money to people like us, who are lucky enough to have a roof over our heads or to people who aren't musicians at all, but think of it as a small donation in helping make four people's dreams become a reality.
We're offering some great incentives that all of our backers will receive for their contributions. Some of which will be one of a kind. All we strive for is to write great music that people from all over can appreciate and fall in love with. That in itself is a dream come true. Even the smallest donation will make a world of difference. We only have a little over a month to make this happen so break out those change jars if you have to and help us do what we were born to do!
