Update #21: How We Spent the Money
Now that fulfillment is finished, here's the final tally of where the money went:
- $15,660 pledged
- -200 unmet pledges
- -1,380 Amazon and Kickstarter's 8.9% cut
- +180 sent afterwards from people who forgot to include shipping in pledges
- -6,275 for artists, layout, and remaining owed to writer
- -820 to write and layout 46 page bonus Booklet of the Empress
- -4,700 to print 1121 copies (including 12 bonus pages) with shipping to warehouse
- -1,200 for fulfillment expenses other than shipping-
- 1,290 for packing materials, shipping and handling to send out 135 copies (60% of that was for the 18 copies to Canada and Europe)
So we covered all but $25 of expenses, with many copies left over to sell online and to distributors so it can make its way to game stores worldwide. Thank you very much for your support!
Update #20: Completed
The Book of the Empress reached our warehouse Thursday April 12th and were all shipped out by Monday April 16th (except for three people who didn't answer the survey to tell us their address; they should email or message us so we can get their books to them).
All the PDFs, Character Packs, and Booklet of the Empress bonuses were sent out long ago, so if you haven't recieved yours please let us know.

After completing the fulfillment for Book of the Empress, on April 25 we launched a kickstarter for Champions Villains 3: Solo Villains at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/herogames/champions-villains-3-solo-villains which ends May 24. Please take a look if you haven't already, and spread the word.

I got the Dropbox and got the PDF of the full document for having contributed $25, but I didn't get the character pack. I'm not sure if I am supposed to get Booklet of the Empress bonuses either. Anyway, thanks for all the hard work!

Update #19: Return Of The Proofs
The printer has gotten the proofs for BotE back to us in jig time! Here are some pics from layout guru Fred Hicks.
Once Fred does his final review and makes any last-minute corrections, the proofs are approved and sent back to the printer... and a few weeks later we should have some books to ship out to all our fine backers! :)
