Reality game allows you to sue friends, family, coworkers, and any potential antagonist in-between or be the judge over a lawsuit!
Life Isn't Fair" I was often told throughout my life. It began as a child, when I thought it wasn't fair that my sister got to stay up late and I had to go to bed before the end of our favorite show the Dukes of Hazzard, or when my parents allowed my sibling to take the car while I was practically reduced to driving my date to the prom on my Schwinn.

Then I had my first job as a dishwasher, my boss and I never saw eye to eye. He thought I was worth minimum wage, while I thought I deserved a six figure income, stock options, and a company car. In the end he had the final say and I was still left commuting back and forth to work on my Schwinn.
She’s not always right! Just when I was starting to figure things out, I got married. Thankfully I learned quickly that no matter what, my wife is always right. Even when I think I have a bulletproof argument, she brings in my sisters as backup to belittle my argument.

No more! I have set out to give children, spouses, neighbors, and employees a fair shot in life, by developing a reality game and first of its kind judiciary system that gives its members a fair and impartial forum upon which to file a petty claim. Trivial cases will be heard and decided upon by a fair and impartial judge. If you don’t agree with the judge’s decision you can always appeal the decision to a higher court. The game, PettyCourt is a dispute resolution tool for family, friends, neighbors, business partners, and any potential antagonist in-between.
We all at some point in our lives would have loved to haul our parents, spouses, friends, teachers off to court but because of the time and money involved in filing a formal lawsuit or dispute with the courts, it is too much of an effort to try and seek vindication. You have more important things to do like water your crops in farmvalley. Our project will fill the void between doing nothing and filing a lawsuit in small claims court, allowing a person who can’t sleep to seek remedy from an inconsiderate neighbor who leaves the barking dog out all night, or a broken up couple fighting over who gets to keep the pet, or that intoxicated friend who vomited in your 1988 Pontiac Fiero last night. You file the lawsuit against them and we’ll issue the subpoena.
And if you are someone who knows all, who always wanted to be chief judge of the Supreme Court but perhaps too busy to go to law school, you’ll have the chance to work your way up the judicial rankings. From magistrate to Supreme Court judge the fate of the defendant lies in your hands. Will you throw the book at them or set them free? No law degree required here! However, like anything else, politics is involved. Based on your pledge to this project can put you in the judge's seat of the supreme court.
User Friendly - Over the past couple months we have presented PettyCourt to a couple of focus groups. The concept, graphics, and layout were well received. Graphics 4.5 out of 5 rating, Concept 4.5 out of 5, and overall 4.2 out of. We've receied some great feedback, most important we need to make it more user-friendly, easier to navigate through the game and understand the procedures.
We havet completed the beta version but based on the feedback we have received from the focus groups we need to implement the user friendly features and enhancements to improveme the court proceedings before we roll it out. The programmers are on waiting on the bench, ready to wrap things up. Once we receive the necessary pledges to reach our goal, we will be able to complete this project by October/November 2012.
These features will make the gaming experience more fun and entertaining for the users who want to sue their family & friends our earn their way up from a town judge to a Supreme Court judge without ever having to step foot in law-school or take out a penny in student loans.

You can't handle the truth! There is a little bit of antagonist in all of us. Go ahead sue your family, friends, or boss. Open up a can of whoop-ass justice on them. We got your back!
