The Helen Earth Band needs a Helen Earth VAN, so they can get out on the road. But they can't do it without your help...
The Helen Earth Band is a group of musicians from San Diego, CA. All of us have been playing music since we were kids. Last year, we got together and formed this band, driven by the same urgency to play music that we've always felt.
up to this point:
» We funded and recorded an album ourselves
» We had the CD manufactured on our own dime
» We released it ourselves
» We spread the word via social media, and good 'ol word of mouth
» We pooled our money and maxed out a credit card to buy a van so we could HIT THE ROAD!!!
But wait...300 miles into our tour we found out the van was a lemon. Cracked head gasket. We were totally screwed. We came home and tried to get our money back, but in the end we were out thousands and had NO VAN.
We've heard from so many people who have been kind enough to let us know they enjoy our music and ask us to come to their hometown, but we're afraid we just won't be able to afford the transportation to make tours happen...unless we get a little help from our friends.
Whether it is $1 dollar or $100, your donation will mean more to us than you could imagine. We will do our best to return the favor by taking our music on the road and playing our hearts out.
