About this project
The HEAP needs to hit the road but lacks a vehicle large enough to transport the 9-piece band. We have been receiving many offers to play outside of Athens but have had a hard time dealing with our transportation issue. Once we have the van, we will be the touring machine that we were intended to be. Funding will be used to buy a reliable used 12 - 15 passenger van and possibly a small trailer.
We are looking for vehicles in the $3000 - $5000 range. We certainly hope to find the best deal possible. If there is any funding left after we have found our vehicle, we will donate the remaining amount to our favorite local charity, www.nuci.org.
