The two reasons for the city's name are 1) I love that movie, though in the movie the place is spelled Fhloston 2) it rhymes with Boston, the city that Flauston is loosely inspired by.

Very glad to see that this is funded. I have a fondness for these games that stems from my college days many years ago. Games were forbidden, so we got around that by surreptitiously compiling either rogue or nethack in the /tmp directory, then moving them to our own /bin directory and remaining them 'vi"!
