PONG is back! Grand Opening has an amazing opportunity to transform a raw space at 397 Grand Street into Manhattan's favorite single-table ping pong parlor. Watch us overhaul this vacant storefront into PONG's first franchise location, complete with a larger playing room and a downstairs, members-only clubhouse.
Want another chance at the title? Visitors can play pick-up games, or become members and compete for a chance to win the L.E.S. Cup, a season-ending tournament that will reveal the most talented table tennis players in the Lower East Side.
PONG is set to open on Friday, October 16th, 2009. The L.E.S. Cup is currently scheduled for December 11th/12th.
Your Kickstarter pledge will contribute to the design, construction, insurance and utilities associated with getting this community gathering spot up and running. Help us reincarnate PONG!
