The Gelatineuse herself (Grand Detour member and EFFPortland Co-Director Hannah Piper Burns) uses fresh, gourmet ingredients and innovative techniques to create delicious, sophisticated gelatin treats perfect for any occasion! Backers at this level receive a personalized consultation to develop a recipe. The Gelatineuse will then make you batch of your very own gourmet gelatin in either a mold or single-serving bites. The Gelatineuse will bring a batch of custom gourmet gelatin for 20 derived from a recipe developed in a personal consultation, as well as a DVD of selected works from EFFPortland 2012. She will be on hand to answer questions during and after the screening and present you with your EFFPortland 2012 Logo Tee and sponsor trophy, and you get to keep the DVD (and the leftovers)!
