Printing Update
Unfortunately, I realized several days ago that I had misunderstood one of the printing deadlines to have the book printed in time for Gen Con. I had thought the number they gave me was the total turnaround time, but it was actually just the printing time for the books themselves. It didn't include their initial file approval time (1 to 2 business days), the time to print a proof copy of the book for me to evaluate (1 to 3 business days), the time to ship the proof copy (minimum 1 business day), and the time to ship the actual print run (minimum 1 business day).
Once I realized my error, I knew I had roughly 12 hours to try to finish all the layout if I still wanted it printed by Gen Con -- and, frankly, 12 hours wasn't enough time to do it right. (I had thought the cut-off point wasn't for another 4 to 7 business days.)
Rather than compromise on the quality when it was so close to finished, I called an audible and decided that I'd just have PDF copies of the book for sale on CD at Gen Con. That would give me a few extra days to make sure the book is as good as it can possibly be, and I would receive the book's print run very shortly after getting back from Gen Con. Once they arrive, I'll start mailing them out to every patron who contributed at the $50+ level.
Also, all patrons will get a link to download the PDF of the book as soon as I have everything finished (before Gen Con starts).
To everyone who was looking forward to receiving their copy in person at Gen Con, I'm really sorry about this; I do hope you still drop by the GMSarli Games booth (#2242 in the exhibit hall) and the e20 System seminar (Thursday, 8/4 at 6 PM in Marriott: Indiana Ballroom D) to chat about the project.
Thanks again for all your patience!

VIP (Very Important Patron) Level: You get everything listed at the $200 level, plus we buy you an airline ticket (US lower 48 states only -- but see below) and a 4-day convention badge to come with us to Gen Con in Indianapolis, August 5-8, 2010. You share a hotel room with me and 2-3 others in my Gen Con crew (most likely my poster/t-shirt printing specialist and my blue Twi'lek "booth babe"), and you party like a game designer (see below) for five glorious nights. The only thing you need is spending money for food and shopping; we'll even pick you up at the airport! ACCOMMODATIONS: We are staying in the Marriott Downtown Indianapolis, directly across the street from the exhibit hall at the convention center (and we even have an elevated skywalk that connects us so we don't even have to cross the street!). Keep in mind, though, you'll be attending the convention the same way we do: Cramming as many people as possible into each hotel room. I will give the owner of the VIP package the option to pick a bed all their own, though, and I hereby volunteer to sleep on the air mattress if no one else will! FLIGHT: As mentioned, the offer is limited to the lower 48 US states just to keep the costs reasonable -- Alaska, Hawaii, and most international flights would cost an arm and a leg. If you're really, really interested and you're coming from farther away, I would chip in the first $300 of the ticket if you're willing to spring for the rest. "PARTYING LIKE A GAME DESIGNER": Game designers don't party very well (we're all socially awkward nerds), but we are prone to playing pick-up games at night in the hotel room. (And drinking. We do tend to drink.)

Sorry, I ran into some 11th-hour problems that kept conspiring to keep things from being finished:

Getting over this last hurdle has been a nightmarish and grisly experience. The second I have it finished, you guys will be the first to know.

Is everything finished? I've been out of the loop. I haven't received a PDF link yet and It's after Gen Con. Any update?

A little disappointing, as I was looking forward to picking it up there, but I understand how logistics can be a pain, having been on your side of it before.
Still looking forward to the final product, and many thanks for the update!
