This is the final update to the Mathematician's Dice project!

Almost all the international orders went out in the mail last Monday, July 20th. The only orders not mailed are thirteen orders destined for Canada that I tried to mail after the Canadian postal strike started. I'm checking Google News every day and those final thirteen will go in the mail as soon as the postal strike is over.

If you have friends who wanted more, or if you want more, now's the time to get them. They're not going to last.Once those run out, I'll probably order more. There have been lots of requests for different symbols, different themes, different colors; I'm not sure what I'm going to do next. But, if you want to keep up to date with the Mathematician's Dice, there are two ways:

I've learned a ton about getting a product from prototype to market, and I'm planning to write up the whole process on my blog, for other Kickstarters to learn from.

Last, a heartfelt thank-you to all of my backers. You have been amazingly positive, supportive, and patient throughout this project. Thank you! I hope everyone enjoys their dice.

I'm happy to announce that the last few U.S. orders went out in the mail today. If you're in the U.S., your dice will be arriving within the next few days, depending on how close you are to San Francisco.

All the international orders are packaged and labeled, and a few of them have gone out in the mail already, but I still have to fill out and attach U.S. customs labels to about three hundred or so remaining international orders. That will take me until sometime next week. Thanks to everyone for being so patient!

For those of you who live in the SF bay area, and who absolutely don't want to wait to get your dice in the mail, I'm going to have a dice party. This Wednesday, (tomorrow) I'll be at Rosamunde Sausage Grill, at 2832 Mission Street, San Francisco, (right outside 24th St. BART), from 6pm until 9pm. I'll bring a few hundred dice and the list of backers. Come on by, pick up your dice, have a beer and/or a sausage, and meet other wacky Mathematician's Dice owners. 

Thursday I'll start putting the dice in envelopes! Not long now!
