Geri X will captivate audiences all across the United States with her mesmerizing music during her upcoming 2011 National Tour.
I'm going out on a solo Tour in the winter of 2011 from January 20th thru March 20th. Promoting the release of my 10th EP titled “The Kid”, I'm headed to towns where my over 21,000 online followers and fans want to see me perform. I will be traveling in my Jeep coast to coast from Florida to California and back, performing in over 50 scheduled venues large and small. While in California I will spend hours in the studio in between shows recording songs written in the past couple months in preparation for my 11th EP to be released in 2011.
Any contribution that you can comfortably make will help me pay for a number of necessities along my journey. Proceeds generated by this project will be used for gas, lodging, food (mostly kit kats), promotional materials used to promote each event and vehicle repairs & maintenance that will be necessary for safe traveling along the way. With the support of all of you this will be a memorable experience for all of us.
In return I will express my immense gratitude through a number of really cool gifts: you will receive digital downloads and/or a signed copy of two EP's released this year titled 'The Bedroom Sessions' and 'The Kid'. In the past couple of years I’ve had the pleasure of playing at some of Tampa Bay's greatest venues and I've gotten attention from music blogs both nationally and internationally. I was crowned Best Singer-Songwriter of Tampa Bay three years running 2006-2008. I've appeared on several news and radio programs and have been on the cover of the widely distributed Creative Loafing newspaper. And thanks to my fans, in the past month I have moved into the #2 spot on the ReverbNation.com Rock charts for Tampa Bay. The truth is, none of this would have been possible without the support of my fans, friends and family, and for that I'm eternally grateful.
