SUCCESS!!!
As those of you who've been following the Kickstarter campaign to raise development funds for our film Garden Avenue may already know, our funding campaign closed at midnight last night.
And the results are now official: It was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!
We raised $17,295 as of last count, which is well over the goal we set for ourselves back in September when we kicked off this campaign.
I am deeply, truly grateful to everyone who donated to the cause! You're all amazing, incredible, generous people! And I love you all! You have validated our movie in a fantastic way, and we're now more committed than ever to getting Garden Avenue made!
And you can still help. As we begin the next phase in our filmmaking journey, raising the production funds, we need you all to spread the word! Post our movie page link, http://www.facebook.com/GardenAvenueMovie, on your Facebook page, and tell everyone you know to give Garden Avenue a thumbs up "Like". The more fans we get there, the better our chances of getting this puppy up on the big screen!
