We need 1,000 people to pledge $20 each. Join us and show the world that great things can come out of Eastern Ky.
A BEAUTIFUL DARKNESS (the Film Project)
What if you were in a hospital delivery room giving birth to your only child? What if a drunk driver crashed and killed your loving husband on his way to be with you, never to see his newborn son? What if that man, the man behind the wheel was your own father? Could you ever forgive him? Eighteen hard years have passed and he’s being released from prison soon. What if he’s changed? Does he deserve a second chance? How can you ever forgive him for all the pain and suffering he’s put you thru. These are the questions that Renee Noble must find the answer.
This film is a labor of love for writer, producer, director Charles Shouse (Forever in Black Hills). It is about tragedy and family and how the power of forgiveness can set us free.
This film (Originally named "Breathitt County") will be shot entirely in our home town of Jackson and Breathitt County. It will be made by local, hard working, creative people who want to make their hometown proud. We want to prove that Eastern Ky has a wealth of talented professionals who can produce an exceptional, heart warming story that appeals to everyone. Won't you join us by pledging $20. You won't have to pay until we meet our goal of $20,000.00. Thank you and we look forward to making this feature film with you. Please spread the word to friends, family and neighbors. Post on Facebook. We can do this!!!!!!!!!!!
