Per your wonderful suggestions on EXPANDING my previous project, the expanded vision now includes the Vegan Soul Food - Recipe APP (iPhone/iPad/Android) + Cooking Video. This APP and COOKING VIDEO will be based on the Vegan Soul Food - Recipe Book - Vol. 1. 

To make this new APP and Cooking Video a reality, I have to reach my funding goal of $8,000.00 which is the minimum required for development and production. If I can raise more than that then I can create an EVEN BETTER App and Cooking Video.

Background

After tasting the delicious and healthy Vegan Soul Food from 'A Taste of Life' at the Hollywood Farmers Market (in Los Angeles, CA), I created the Vegan Soul Food Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vegan-Soul-Food/304506741868). It started as a "fan page" just to show support for the Vegan Soul Food movement and to share photos with my friends, fans, supporters, and family - then I began to feature all kinds of vegan recipes and photos of vegan food on the page. 

Coming from a family that loves to cook, for years I thought the family "cooking gene" passed over me.  But after experimenting with various dishes and creating vegan versions, I began to share photos of my creations on the Vegan Soul Food facebook page. I was very surprised by the response. I immediately began to receive demands for recipes. The more photos I share on my Vegan Soul Food facebook page, the more I receive demands for recipes. I feel like a "Natural Vegan Chef" especially since I have no formal training in this area, I just happened to grow up in a household with AMAZING soul food cooks. My upbringing coupled with a passion for crafting vegan recipes has grown organically.

I love sharing this delicious (and healthy) way of eating with my friends, family and associates.

Production

Production & distribution of the Vegan Soul Food - Recipe Book - Vol. 1 is currently underway and on schedule. When this current Kickstarter project is funded, rewards will be sent and production will begin on the Vegan Soul Food - Recipe APP and Cooking Video.
