About this project
My name is Gabriel Haze. Director, editor and conceptualizer behind Darren Deicide's newest music video, The Cocaine Song starring adult model Marilyn Mansfield and New York's party drunk, James Hodgson.
Many of you might be wondering why we (the development team of this video project) are seeking funds on Kicksterter if the project we are presenting you has already been made. Well, thanks to the team at Kickstarter we have been approved to continue the process of completing this project by raising funds to help us package, advertise and enter this film into as many film festivals our budget will allow and thus allow fans all over the world view the works of independent artists like Darren Deicide.
As you know, promotional materials and film festivals cost money. In fact most film festivals cost anywhere from $30 to $50 to enter depending on the time of year they set their due dates. And this is where you, the viewer can help.
We have exhausted our resources as a collaborative team in making this video for as little as possible while still maintaining a product that speaks profoundly for the message it stands for. And though some of you may find the final work slightly unsettling, we believe that art should speak for itself and be held in regard to the individual viewing it.
After you have watched the video, we hope that in combination with the artist's music, that the video exceeds your expectations and warrants your help in moving it onward to the public as a whole. We offer an excellent rewards package and firmly believe that your pledge is not only well spent, but aiding in the efforts of independent artists here and abroad, fighting the corporate music counterfeiters that give you less than what real music should stand for.

As a director, editor and multimedia designer, I fulfill my desire to create by aiding local and national artists in branding their image from image development to photography and music video direction.
I became a five time "first place" award winning director even before receiving my Bachelors in Digital Arts & Design and pride myself in composing honest and direct imagery in everything I involve myself in and hope one day to share the root of that passion with the world.
