Will be upgrading to a new phone at the end of the year. Thinking of taking my current phone with Desk Dock and making it my bedside clock, media device, phone using wifi. Now with Chameleon on phone, I will DEFINITELY be doing that!

@Paul Reed: I have a Toshiba Folio which also has a bad quality screen and was stuck on 2.2 without Google Play... Running ICS on it nowadays which is even more stable than the stock rom. I'm looking forward to Chameleon too.

I am absolutely ecstatic to get the speed you are demonstrating. As a beta tester for many apps on both tablets and phones and owning the higher end models I expect them to function as such and can't wait to see how well they work with someone who by nature has entirely to many apps. Can't wait.

I backed this without owning a decent Android tablet. It officially doesn't have Google Play, heck officially it had no market of any kind and was stuck on FroYo. Some amazing people have worked to get ICS on it now so I should at least see how this looks even if the screen isn't the best. I know I'll get a better tablet later but that was just a cheap tablet to see if I'd use it enough. Why did I back Chameleon? The idea behind it is something I've actually thought about myself and today's mention of a phone version suits me perfectly. I can't wait to start trying this out!
Oh, I also mentioned this to a few friends who own tablets like the Transformer Prime and while some aren't backing it they will get it when it hits the Play Store.

I appreciated the fact that Chameleon was gonna be geared specifically towards tablets rather than a "scaled up" phone app, but also was thinking "couldn't they make a separate phone home launcher app that would incorporate many of the same elements and be better than all the other home launchers?" I'm glad to see that you read my mind and decided to create both. I'm stoked about having chameleon in my Tablet which I think will make it much more useful (unlike my spouse's ipad which just gets put away after use), but I'm excited to know I'll be able to maybe use a cool chameleon home launcher on my new Galaxy S3 as well!

Cool, Chameleon for phones as well as my device. How ever I have a question. I was following the link to try and add my device to your type database. And I hit a wall. Couldn't figure out what I was doing. I was trying to download and use the apk on a Vizio tablet. Beyond the instructions there wasn't much to direct me if I had problems. Help.
