If you messaged me or I messaged you regarding a missing/damaged poster, those all went out earlier this week via Priority mail AND you should have received an automatic email tracking number. This was only for replacement posters where it was clear a tube was damaged or went missing. 99.9% of folks seem to have their ACME posters, so yay! I will handle the very last couple this weekend for orders where USPS dropped the ball, couple returned tubes, etc.

Looks like we are in good shape and pretty much every backer on earth has their ACME poster (or replacement tube in the mail). I want to just say 'Done!' but I know I'm still in talks with a couple of you for various hiccups. No problem.

But basically this ACME project is 100% over and yay!

UNITED STATES - Again, all posters were shipped some time ago. And nearly everybody has their posters! I am seeing a number of very very late shipments, especially in California. This is likely due to the USPS treating the tubes as bulk mail, and only delivering a few at a time out there or something.

If you have messaged me about a damaged tube, or a poster tube that has not arrived, I have actually ordered a BUNCH of custom tubes. Custom thickness (very sturdy), width, and length made especially for ACME! So feel free to message me at any time if something is wrong with your order.

100% of orders have shipped. 99% are safe and sound. I am spending all of this week and next week handling ANY problems. So please message me at any time.

Very excited to see everybody framing their ACME posters! They look great guys!

AUSTRALIA - Just letting you know I am now getting several messages from the a few backer shipments that these tubes are arriving. So if you're waiting on a poster in Australia, keep checking this week perhaps? Uhhhh G'day mates. :) Long distance to travel, but it looks like tubes are arriving there safely.

Rodrigo, just messaged you! Your poster was mailed via an international carrier on April 2nd. The same is true for many international folks that may still be waiting. Many international tubes take a minimum of 3 weeks, but a maximum of 6 weeks for certain countries. There is a lot of unknown variability, but I expect your poster should be VERY close by now, and should be at your door in Argentina soon. We'll stay in touch!

Sidenote: Because the tubes have my return address on them, in the rare event of a USPS mishap the posters DO get mailed back to me. To date, of 3,000+ tubes mailed I have only had 6 get returned via the USPS. I'm betting it'll be at least a dozen in total, but if a tube DOES get returned to me I would have emailed you directly. So the 6 folks where this happened have been emailed, and I'm remailing said tubes ASAP. :)

Danilo / Eric: I don't have tracking # for those shipments, but it looks both of yours were mailed April 2nd. It's been 3 weeks, and I see plenty of international orders take 4+ weeks so I expect they are close but not quite there yet. :) No worries!

Hashish - Yes it is signed with a very hard 4H pencil. This lets the number and signature be very light, but press deeply into the paper to ensure it cannot be erased / forged. Not that that is a concern of mine, I simply am following the tradition all artists use to sign their work (especially photographers, etc.). I sign all of my screen prints with the same pencil! It's becoming a very small pencil...

Anyway, I am paying very close attention guys! :) All your posters were mailed, and I am gathering tubes and shipping supplies for any random tubes that end up damaged. So far less than 1% of ACME poster have arrived damaged, which is good!

From USPS: Media Mail - "Delivery in 2 to 8 days*"

While a good projection, I've read up on shipping times and apparently 14 business days isn't uncommon for the delayed shipments. Obviously some folks did indeed get their poster 2 days after it shipped, which is great! Some 4 days, some 8. We are on day 13 now I think.

All of this applies to United States orders only. International orders use a different service, so many countries already have their posters, others not yet.

The reason US orders are being shipped Media Mail is because 1. The post office approved the poster for that usage (I suppose because the poster looks like a chart) and 2. The post office increased shipping rates between when our ACME project closed in December and when I started shipping in January. (The international shipments cost so much more than projected due to the increase that shipping any tube Priority, etc. was impossible)

Again, if you don't have a poster yet your tube was mailed on April 2nd. Those who were getting posters weeks ago had theirs mailed March 15th and 18th.

I haven't yet pulled the trigger on saying any order is lost, due to the fact that more US orders are showing up on people's doorsteps every single day this month. The timing is unexpected, but a safe ACME poster tube is the goal for me.

Note: Plenty of posters have arrived in Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, China, Europe, Africa, anywhere, etc. But the posters that arrived there first were mailed in February, or on March 15th or March 18th. The ones mailed on April 2nd were the final batch, so if you're still waiting it was simply in that batch.

Of course on paper all US orders should have arrived (Media Mail takes 2-8 business days depending on zone). But for whatever reason (the post office hasn't given me an exact answer), there are STILL poster tubes arriving every day, even 2 weeks later. I think it's weird too, but at least the orders keep showing up!

In fact, I have only had TWO tubes thus far come back to me in Chicago being marked as 'undeliverable' due to errors or changes (and you two have been messaged directly). So pretty much every order is arriving safely but freakishly slowly?
