Hi Everyone!

Thanks so much to all of you for being patient on receiving your rewards.Let me update all of you on what is happening with the rewards, and my line. I have sent out most of the T-shirts and for everyone in the Denver Metro area you can pick one up at Voila Salon 2150 Curtis St. Please let me know when you will be by so I can have it ready for you.

Hair Accessories, scarves, illustrations will all be ready in July to ship or pick up at the my launch party. I've been trying to finalize a print and would love your comments on it.

Check out my pinterest board for my designs. There are 3 fabric options I'm looking at doing in a silk. I'm leaning towards the 3rd design. I think it would be fun to coordinate with.

Some design updates: 

I am down to 3 designs left to pattern, and I will be getting samples created for 

2 cropped jackets, 5 blouses in different style options, 3 pants, 2 skirts, 1 dress, 3 vests, and 1 long jacket. After everything is produced and perfected I am organizing a Line Review Party at Tactile on June 15th for buyers and designers to come and critique my designs. This is an invite only to buyers, designers and press.  

After the Line Review party Julianne Brasher will be shooting my catalog shoot on June 18th, Katelyn Simkins will be doing the makeup, and Babe Baker will be helping with the graphics for my catalog. 

After the catalog is created I'm planning a theatrical play to show my collection. This event will be open to the public, you can place orders with no minimums that night only, we will also be launching a new pop up store called Swank that will feature Denver jewelry and accessory designers. You will be able to purchase tickets on my site in July and ticket sales will go towards helping me produce multiple sizes and multiples of these samples.

I'll keep you posted on everything, I'm very excited for this collection and to show everyone what I've been working on!

Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted an update in a while and most of you might be wondering what's going on!!? 

Let me fill you in on some updates! I have been super busy with finishing my 2 fashion shows that happened on March 30th at the Denver Art Museum and March 31st. I'm still trying to post pictures and finish up some loose ends there. If you would like to check it out you can visit the following sites.

For production, I have finished the sleeveless jacket with large collar and chevron inlays. It is super cool and I sold one of them at my show! I'm planning on approaching some boutiques to sell more of them in stores this fall. Cosewn have also produced the following:

Blouse with rounded collar or tie in S, M and Large

Side Button Trousers with front pleats in S, M and Large

Side Button Knickers in S, M and Large 

Open Back dress with tiered skirt. I will be producing this in a silk, and a jersey for a more casual look. This will be produced in a S, and M at first. I'm also raising the back a bit so you could wear a bra with it. I think that is super important to feel sexy but still comfortable. 

The next designs I will be producing are 

Draped skirt with side buttons in S-L 

Jacket with detached faux fur cuffs and collar S-L 

Sailor style linen trouser with oversized cuffs S-L 

Cropped Jacket S-L 

I have ordered 200 yards of fabric, and I'm still looking to do a custom silk design. This summer I will be hiring a intern to help with a lot of the admin work and helping source fabrics.

Woohoo, I just ordered over 200 yards of fabric in over 10 different styles for 7 of my designs. Lucky me a wholesaler came in to town and I was able to get a great deal on fabric from Italian wools to beautiful suitings and striped Linens! 

I also placed an order for the italian silk for my open back dress all of you seem to LOVE! I mean 5 of you wanted to name that one! 

I'm planning to go to CA to hang out with my sister next month and while I'm there I'm going to shop for more fabric selections. I'm well on my way to getting some items produced. Pictures of fabrics to come
