Introduction...

Hello, my name is Reid Piazza. I have a very long and varied background in art, design and various music sectors. (my father was a designer and inventor and invented several board games) I have had my own record label named grooveboxrecords for 10 years - (I closed shop last year) to move on into the creation of products. During the last 10-15 years I have also had my own music published by several record labels, (one of them being the widely popular dance label Strictly Rhythm records that was based out of NYC) Currently, my background as an artist and designer is coming together with Flinxy. And while Flinxy is something I came up with a while ago, I never took action. It's now time. 

Education...

Attended Canada College in California and received an AA in Speech Communications. I then attended SJSU and received a B.A. in creative arts (recording arts). Then I got into the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU and that is where I came up with many ideas in regards to technologies past, present, and future. I learned a lot from ITP and bring my learnings from that program to you. It is truly a spectacular program that I advocate to the fullest! 

Flinxy...

All of Flinxy's funds will be put into the production of Flinxy so that it can be assembled right here in our garage (turned into a mini-factory). We will have all the individual parts of Flinxy delivered to us - and my wife and I will assemble them right here, box them, and ship them out! If demand is great and my wife and I cannot handle it ourselves, we will have Flinxy's made at a manufacturing facility. We have set our ship date to Dec 1st. 2012 so that we have enough time to get everything in order. We have big dreams for Flinxy and have many other ideas thought out (i.e., a special edition Flinxy, different color cap sets, different attachments, ect). We truly believe in Flinxy and feel it will become a success due to it's simplicity of design and function. And even though it has been a lot of hard work so far, the hard work has only just begun. My dream is to have Flinxy come to market and become the coolest iPad stand ever made! I hope you love it the way I love it. This is my passion and I will not stop.
