Our debut record Keep It Together has long been a labor of love for us. Every member of FisherGreen has been playing music in one way or another for years, and loving every second of it. Because of this combined experience, it can be really special when we come together as a whole. However, with the responsibilities of work and family, things can be tough for a fledgling rock band of mostly thirty-somethings. We are all busy making ends meet as working musicians or running our own small businesses, and a project focused on mostly original music does not tend to be very lucrative - at least at first. It can prove to be quite a challenge. "We've got kids to feed!"
This is where you come in. We started this kickstarter campaign to cover the cost of vinyl and CD pressing, mastering, artwork, as well as some promotional expenses. Ultimately, we would love to exceed our $2500.00 goal to provide us with some start-up cash for touring and to put aside for future recordings. Your donations will be greatly appreciated, more than you know. And if you can't afford to chip in, help us by spreading the word via email, facebook, twitter, etc. There's bound to be rich uncles out there, right?
