Hey out there in internet land...I am SO thrilled about this opportunity that KICKSTARTER has given artists like myself to really make creative dreams happen!
This new EP has been a journey for me! After leaving American Idol, I began writing and digging around in my head trying to figure out exactly what kind of music I wanted to make! (ya know the BIG WHO AM I QUESTION)....thankfully, I always knew it...just needed to get it out in musical form. I will never forget the day I co-wrote "LOST WORDS" with Nathan Chapman. I left and began telling people that, "For the first time, I feel like someone got the musical mush in my head and helped make it into musical magic!" The rest is this EP....UNBELIEVABLE SONGS written with unbelievable writers and producers.
As soon as this is finished I will be hitting the road ready to share this long awaited album....My fans, friends, and family, have all been so patient waiting for new music....AND HERE IT IS! I just need your help finishing it!....the sound, feel & songs are finally in place! It's just all of that technical stuff that I need help with! I still have to mix, master, get artwork done, print the cd's, marketing material, pay musicians....the list really goes on and on! Thx to KS, we now have a way to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
oh yea and if we go over our goal ($10,000) and hit $15,000 you will all be invited to an EXCLUSIVE USTREAM PRE-RELEASE concert from my living room!
