W. H. Horner, the publisher and editor-in-chief of FE, is also a freelance editor, an adjunct faculty member with Seton Hill University’s MFA program in Writing Popular Fiction, and is the founder and director of the First Writes, a creative writing critique group based in Wilmington, DE.
