We are in full finishing mode for the Snow Guardians Documentary.  Lots of small admin tasks, and lots of great edit work fine tuning being done this weekend.

Adobe Premier, Sound, VFX, experts are fine tuning the final edit.

Great News! On Friday we completed the full rough cut of Snow Guardians. We are now working on finding music to match the feel of the movie and will be transferring the final edit to the Diamond Brothers at MBS Productions. 

We have 6 Terabytes of footage that we are storing on G-Tech drives and shipping copies from Montana to New York.  We also are working on some great visual effects to show the science of how show crystals turn into avalanches.

We would like to give a special thanks to Adobe (www.Adobe.com) for supporting the editing software for Snow Guardians!  We are cutting the entire film in Adobe Premier.

More good news, the custom Snow Guardians's coffee mugs just came in for those of you who contributed to the mug level or above contribution.   We plan to have them shipped in the next week.

We plan to have the film edit complete by early August for submission to multiple film festivals.

We completed our 2nd to last interviews last week with some amazing Arc'Teryx athletes.  The film is looking amazing and we are in full edit mode and are starting to add music and VFX.

The story and people area amazing, very proud of the edit so far.

Hi, the snow is almost gone in the U.S. and we are almost done filming.  We caught a 3 minute "wet" avalanche on film last month (one of the first to ever be caught on film, and we did it in HD!).  We are off to Washington state to film two Arc'Teryx pro athletes and to Colorado to interview the head of the U.S. Ski Patrol.  After the final interviews we will wrap filming.

The soft edit is complete, and we are starting to select music, filling in the story with some amazing visuals.

Thank you again for helping to make the project a success.  We are going into full time edit mode all of May to get the film done in time for BAMF.

Thank You!!

I want to thank all of you for the amazing support!   We are fully funded due to your support and getting the word out to your friends.

The average pledge was $106 with %16 of the contributions coming from Facebook shares!  We had 234 people support the project and exceded our goal and raised $24,884.

We also picked up an amazing corporate sponsor Arc'teryx who makes some of the best extreme outdoor clothing in the world.  All our Bridger Bowl Ski Patrollers use Arc'teryx gear every day.

We are still busy filming and have had an amazing week.  Our camera crew just caught a huge 30 second avalanche on film.
