"EZ GOEN"
A feature length documentary about a middle-aged man living with Psoriasis and the debilitating Psoriatic Arthritis. After suffering through a divorce, losing his business, and nearly drinking himself to death, Goen turned his plight into a positive message for others suffering pain, loss, and disability. Poised to help fellow disabled Americans, he drives around the USA on his modified Harley-Davidson motorcycle spreading his message that you can emotionally triumph over affliction if you continually push forward.
In April 2011, Tom (EZ) Goen departed for his second nation-wide ride to promote awareness on health-care assistance that is available for people who may not know it is an option. Goen's quest began as a result of his own disabling experience with Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. He will be trekking throughout the country over the next several months on his modified Harley Davidson motorcycle spreading a message of hope, encouragement, and documenting the whole trip with his video camera.

This money will be used for the sole purpose of funding the feature length documentary about EZ Goen. Money will not be used to provide EZ himself with any financial support. This is not to fund a cause it is to make a creative documentary about a spectacular story that deserves to be told.

If we do not reach our entire goal by June 20th then we receive zero money and your card will not be charge for any potential pledges you made towards the project. Furthermore the documentary will not be made without the support.

DreamCatcher Productions does not accept any funds to support EZ directly on his journey. EZ personally can be reached via ezgoenusa@gmail.com. Remember, however, that the documentary does provide a means for EZ's story to be told, and that's how the kickstarter money will be spent.

Psoriatic arthritis is a form of arthritis that affects some people who have psoriasis — a condition that features red patches of skin topped with silvery scales. Most people develop psoriasis first and are later diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, but the joint problems can sometimes begin before skin lesions appear.
Joint pain, stiffness and swelling are the main symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. They can affect any part of your body, including your fingertips and spine, and can range from relatively mild to severe. In both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, disease flares may alternate with periods of remission.
No cure for psoriatic arthritis exists, so the focus is on controlling symptoms and preventing damage to your joints. Without treatment, psoriatic arthritis may be disabling.
