So I have been using my bag for a fortnight now and I love it. It's bigger than my old bag so I keep getting stuck in small spaces, and at first I thought the material was too stiff but it's breaking in really nicely. My biggest problem was that I was too excited and filled my bag up with all my camera stuff and carried it around all day which was really bloody heavy. My own damn fault. The only actual fault with the bag is one of the poppers on the side of the top pocket doesn't hold at all. I'll take it into a cobblers to have it fixed though, no biggie.

So, once again, thank you so much for the bag, I hope any future endeavour works out as well for you.

It turns out that my bag is being held in Bogotá (Colombia)

"Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified"

I talked to the postal service and they said I have to pay a U$ 50 tax as the box you sent is heavier than 4.4 pounds (2 kg).

First of all, I really would like to know how a bag is heavier than 4.4 pounds. Then I would like to know why if I paid U$ 35 to you then I have to pay again U$ 50, at least you should have said something about the weight.

Evan, I got the Delta bag in December and used it for my trip to Vietnam. After a week of regular use, the magnetic latch at the top broke off. How do I go about replacing it? Is there some sort of warranty that comes with this?

Evan, received my bag just before Christmas and absolutely love it. I can take the insert out of the bottom and fit my filled camera bag inside. Incredibly high quality material, the pockets were a little tight though. All in all a very good product and definitely something I have not seen before in my camera bag searched online or in stores.

For those that haven't received it yet, feel confident you are going to receive a high quality product.

Hi Evan. I just got a notification to collect my bag down here in Cape Town. Looking forward to it, although it's a similar situation that others have regarding duties. I owe $105 in duties, bringing the total I've spent on this to $300. Silly shipping company for not valuing it at $50. Oh well.

You may want to have a chat with your shipping company re the value shown. The 200$ value that was displayed on mine resulted in additional duties of 57$ for me :-(

Just received my bag up here in Canada. Paid $19.82 in duties. As this is a Kickstarter we should not be paying duties from my understanding - I'm not sure why these are not marked as gift. These are rewards for money pledged - they are not items purchased. Is there something (form, proof, screen shot, etc) we can give to customs to get our extra funds back? I don't mind giving you (the creators) money - but I pay customs enough money each year for imported goods it seems silly to give them money on stuff that shouldn't receive duty.

I have got mine today as well, although I had to go down to the parcelforce depot and pay 38 pounds as well :( I think its because of the value price of USD 200.

Sook, I'm in Liverpool and I just got mine today. It was held by customs since the 23rd of December and then I had to pay £38 on import VAT.

The bag is worth it though, I didn't expect the material to be so nice! Really happy I finally got it, now to go on some trips to test it out :)
