I am listening to my +Knob as I am writing this and it is a strange and wonderful experience.

Wonderful because I believe the sound quality of the unit is exceptional. I have had other, much more knowledgeable and experienced people than me, listen to it and they agree. It is really great, great sound in a very neat package for a price that was, in the end, ridiculous (cheap, that is) at the orignal Kickstarter pledge levels.

By the way, not totally perfect as it cuts out randomly every now and then. But this is so infrequent as to really not be a bother to me. An acceptable tradeoff for really exceptional sound. And I believe the more I use it the less it happens. Not sure if that is my imagination.

It is a strange experience because I feel bad for all those people who have unfulfilled orders.

So Raul, I hope you get your arms around this, fulfill the orders, and make a go of the concept. I paid a buck for this. Would I pay $199 as is the current price at http://croonaudio.com/store/? Based on the sound alone, absolutely. A stone bargain.

Hi Raul,

Can you explain as to why I get so much static noise cutting in and out when connected to a bluetooth device? It seems like it gets better if I'm not in a close proximity to the device, but gets worse as I get closer. Is there any way to fix this?

Like Michael O'Malley, I too, would like to know if all the domestic Originals have shipped. I messaged you privately last week and have yet to receive a reply from you. At this point, while the reviews of the product are positive, I can't say the same thing about the way you've managed this project. Your lack of communication, especially when people are asking direct questions of you, is very disappointing. Please respond to questions. It's the very least you can do.

Hey… just wanted to let you know that I found this great trick: Goto the Audio-MIDI-Setup (Mac OS X) and create an new combined audiodevice. Then add the +Knob (croon) and your internal Speaker to it. Then choose this new virtual audio-device as your output (System-Settings->Sound). This way I got this great sound from to sources at once! Loving my Croon! Thanks Raul!

I'm glad that everyone is starting to speak the truth. I feel as though I have been extremly patient/understanding and the only thing I've got is taken atvantage of. Raul, the only thing everyone is requesting is communication and you cant even do that! Mind you, communication doesnt cost a dime just some of your time.

When can I expect a Knob+ and when will i recieve an anaconda? How about an expected shipping date?

How many units are you processing per day? It said earleir in the comment thread you were doing thirty per day. 264/30, not very long. Even 264/5 , not very long.

So what is it? do you need more money for shipping? Ask we want to help. Its called communication.

Your lack of communication unfortutalely causes your backers to think, you have bad intentions. You are not helping anyone or your mental state.

At this point I feel as though I am beating a dead horse but here I go. You sent me the above message last month and I would like to know that you are a man of your word. Kickstarter is based on trust between the person or company that is looking for funding and the people that helped fund your dream. Well here I am the person that helped fund your dream with nothing to show for it. At this point all I'm looking for is communication at the least and I can't even get that. I have been extremely understanding with your situation and all the stress around trying to complete your project but the least you can do is communicate what you’re going to do and if you say you’re going to do something then please be a man of your word and do it. Thank you.

My speaker has a terrible crackle in one speaker at anything over about half volume...sometimes sound is just gone completely... really cant afford to send it back to Raul again....i emailed Raul and have gotten nothing...

A general FYI for backers waiting for Original's to ship....

Updating my comment from 6 days ago: I had mentioned I received shipping notice from USPS on JANUARY 27th and it seemed like it was stuck indefinitely on "Electronic Shipping Info Received"... Well, despite not hearing from Raul via Comment or PM (sorry, but its a legitimate complaint despite your hardships), I finally see that the tracking info updated today. It shows that the post office in Florida actually RECEIVED the package on FEBRUARY 27th....exactly one month after the shipping label was created. So, hopefully my 2 Original's will arrive next week....then all I have to wait for is the Anaconda. :-)

I recently received my croon after I had sent it to you to fix the "muting" issue. I find that the stereo is cutting out whenever I hold my iphone (playing songs from it). Can you explain why this is occurring or if there is anything I can do to fix this?

@Raul - I received my USPS shipping notice from you on January 27th and it still says "Electronic Shipping Info Received." I know USPS' tracking system is not that great and sometimes slow to update, but we are approaching a month now so I'm wondering if my two-pack of Croon's has disappeared? I live in Austin, Texas, so even in the worst case coming from either coast of the U.S. never takes more than a week. I'd appreciate any information you may have on this. Thanks.
