A revolutionary ice cream scoop, which protects the user from severe wrist and shoulder injuries while scooping hard ice cream.
Our ergo ice cream scoop was designed to protect the user while scooping hard ice cream, by immobilizing the wrist. The repeated scooping of hard ice cream leads to strains, sprains and eventually to carpal tunnel syndrome.
We intend to manufacture our revolutionary designed ergonomic ice cream scoop and offer them for sale to retail ice cream parlors and restaurants. After fulfilling the needs of the retail ice cream industry with commercial quality ice cream scoops, we then plan to offer them to the general public.
We will be advertising in retail ice cream and restaurant supply association magazines initially, then we plan to sell them retail via licenses to food utensil manufacturers.
The pledges will be used to finalize the design, create the moulds, manufacture the first 1000 units and advertise in association magazines.
