WHAT IS THE UGANDA WORLD FINALS?
The inspiring tale of artists gathering from around Uganda despite the many political, economic and social challenges, the Uganda MC Challenge began 3 years ago. But this will be the 1st year featuring MCs from all regions of the country, with organizers rising above regional barriers to provide a friendly competition platform.
One winner will be crowned the Uganda MC Challenge Champion, winning a trip to compete in the 2011 MC Challenge World Finals.
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Funds raised will be used for transportation and accommodations for regional winners and judges, sound equipment rental and local event marketing.

WHAT IS THE MC CHALLENGE?
The MC Challenge is a unique hip-hop competition which began over 10 years ago in NYC, and is now held in 15+ countries around the world.
Each location is operated by independent artists who organize events which bring together people of all ages and backgrounds to celebrate hip-hop culture in their region.
MCs compete in 5 rounds, with a focus on collaborative music (view full rules).

EODub (End Of the Weak) was founded in 2000 as one of the few weekly platforms in NYC where hungry MCs could showcase and hone their talent. What started as a small Open Mic in the back of a restaurant has grown into NYC's longest-running weekly hip-hop show and an International Hip-Hop movement.
Our cutting-edge competition, The MC Challenge, has changed the face of International Hip Hop. We offer MCs from around the world an opportunity to compete against each other on a global scale.
