Update #17: Muster Swag Photos
Hey guys! I know it's been a while, and I hope your Muster swag has survived without too much wear & tear. Because obviously you wear it everyday, right? Right.
I had a few of you lovelies send in photos of you wearing or holding your Muster swag, and I really appreciate it. But I'm greedy and I want more, more, more! Send me a photo if you haven't already! I'm posting them to the Muster facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/musterzine) and will maybe post them to the website one day (http://musterzine.com/). I do want your face in the photo, but I understand not everyone loves posing. I've posted a few examples below for your viewing enjoyment. There are a few variations of styles, too. There's the close-up, the blurry one, the "in action with sunglasses" one. Be creative!
Love, emilia
P.S. Muster got a coveted press pass to cover Flow Festival in Helsinki this August! What? Rad? Yeah. Check out coverage on the website and maybe in the next zine?
Update #16: Martin Loves Muster Swag
Update #15: Hey online world, eat your heart out!
It's been a while since I gave you guys any updates. Mostly because, as far as I know, you got your rewards. (Right? I hope so!) But that doesn't mean Muster zine is over. In fact, we're well on our way through Issue #3. And there is a lot of exciting news to share!
1) Muster zine is flirting with the online world! The zine itself will remain print only, but having an online life means that maybe more people can discover Muster, too. Check Muster out at these multiple Interweb pages:
http://www.facebook.com/musterzine
2) Muster zine is putting on its very own concert! If you live in the NYC area, you should come check it out. It will be held May 20th at The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn.

Update #14: You Got Mail! (I hope)
Update #13: PO'd
Guess who spent about 3 hours and $175 at the Post Office this weekend? Yep, me. But that means your zines (and other assorted goodies) are on their way!
Plus, the whole post office debacle was fine because the employee who was helping me was very nice and actually saved me a lot of money. (About $19 per package on international shipments.) Hooray!
So it's cold, it's wintery, but I hope Muster can keep you warm.

The above, and a handmade, silk-screened Muster T-shirt, with art by Allison Zempel. I'll be using the silk-screening equipment at Death by Audio in Brooklyn. BUT I've never silk-screened a shirt before, so I'm sure every one will be unique.

All of the above (yup, shirt and zine) and I will write a story for you. Personalized. You pick the prompt. I'll totally do it busker-style, like I used to.

I am half-Finnish, half-American. I am obsessed with music, airplanes and typewriters. I make a print zine called Muster. Even though the zine itself is only in print form, you can find out more from http://musterzine.com/.
