I had the pleasure to play the original, hand-made prototype version almost 20 years ago in Philadelphia. Sincere thanks for finally producing this. A very worthy project. Can't wait to get my copy.

@carsonb: We'll ship world-wide for our project backers. Even though it'll costs us a few extra bucks, we'll happily do it as part of our way of saying "thanks for the early support."

Hi Tony: An estimated release date is a tricky thing to provide. The Kickstarter cash (y'all rock, BTW) is an important part of getting the game made, and that won't be available to us 'till a little more than a month from now. Once that's available to us, we'll be able to start paying printers, and things will get moving.
We totally understand and empathize with your enthusiasm. we really want to have copies of the game too! As son as we know more, we promise to let y'all know.

I know you guys are really busy, but I was wondering when is the estimated release date, and when can I expect a copy. Don't mean to sound pushy, just excited is all.

Love the project idea. Can't wait to play it in person. We run a hackerspace in Detroit and would love to have a demo if you are ever out our way. Hope you can support our kickstarter project too.

It's been one day and we're almost 30% funded. Y'all are simply awesome.

@Alec: I like it too. In the video and picture of the game, you can see it on that iteration of the rules. At this point in time, that image actually appears in several places in various forms. I'm not being too specific because I don't want to ruin any surprises, but we may leak a bit more so you can see the "peeping face" in other contexts. Of course, that may change between now and final release.

I'm digging the picture of HappyCom-9 peering over the edge of the rules or catalog, whichever that is.

One of my favorite promotional quotes for Inevitable:

"Inevitable asks you to wreak vengeance against your enemies.
"Then it asks you to wreak it against your friends.
"Are you up to the task?

      "Of course you are."
