About this project
Years and years of mastering our craft has lead us to this pivotal moment in time - our debut album
It's been over a year and a half since we began the writing process for this album, and after writing around 70 songs, we trimmed the fat and spent the last seven months banging out the best thirteen songs in the studio. The process has been an incredible experience seeing as we're completely independent and have utilized our full creative control by going against the grain of mainstream hip hop. Stressing to give the album full flexibility, you'd be able to enjoy it as the soundtrack to a party and even more when fine-combing through its unconventional lyrics, beats and flows. With everything paid for out of pocket, we have found ourselves here on Kickstarter for the albums final stages.
Meeting our goal of $4,000 would allow us the opportunity to master all of the songs, physical CD duplication, album artwork, distribution, promotion and merchandise accompanying the album! And if we were to surpass our goal - every dollar would go directly into pushing the album and shooting music videos as we're gunning to shoot a music video for every song on the album!

The musical birth child of Travis "TdashDUB" White and Ryan Montalvo, Dubwerth, is an Austin-based band focusing on organically fusing genres such as hip hop, rock, alternative, acoustic and folk. Although geared towards the college crowd, Dubwerth maintains a unique style many can enjoy and get behind, balancing a mixture of comedy, raw lyrics, and unconventional beats.
