Wow, quite a bit of work. 5404 components to sort count bag and package and ship. I had to handle each piece at least three times before they were packaged to ship.
Most of the orders have been sent and I hope to wrap everything up before the end of next week, so keep an eye on your mail and for those in other countries keep a look out for a notice from your customs agent.

For those of you with Leviathan models, I have been pressing my caster pretty hard to get these out ASAP. I don’t have an exact date, but by all accounts it they should follow soon after. I will post another update for these as soon as I have some firm information.
My spin caster did miss a few components but I caught those early (glad I did a count). The replacements are on the way and scheduled to be here Monday.

Other thoughts:

Left and right arms-
I tried to keep the weapon arms separate, they are tabbed left and right together and arrived here safely attached to the master sprue, for the most part. When you get your package try to keep these components together. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t but it may be difficult to get things to fit well if the left and right arms are not matched correctly. I will try something different in the future to see if I can get them printed and cast as a single unit.

Assembling your mini-
I have not had a chance to assemble many of these, just the one on my blog and a few previous test minis. I have found it best to center the weapon arm and glue it in first, then take the supporting arm and glue it to the body and hand that is attached to the weapon. Glue the shoulder armor on last over the arms and use enough glue to attach these to both the upper arm and the torso. This adds strength to the arm attachment. I have dropped my test mini a few times without incident.
I am using Gorilla Superglue because it has a rubber component that allows it to flex a little more before breaking. Regular Cyonate glue like superglue gets pretty brittle. I am also using a kicker to speed the glue setting. Zap or the Kicka-pen works well… Just use the accelerant on one face and the glue on the other.

Extra Parts-
If you purchased the squad or platoon level you will have some kneeling legs in addition to all the normal standing legs for your troopers. You will also have some drum magazines for a few of your rifle men… They are quite small so be careful when opening your baggies.


Cannon crew-
The Cannon crew and FO all have kneeling legs so use the pic from the Kickstarter to guide you as to the leg configuration.
Unfortunately you will need to cut a notch in the 40mm and 60mm bases to mount the FO and cannon crew, or you may remove the tab and glue them in place. I really wish I would have made some custom bases for these. Perhaps I could do that in the near future…. Sourcing the 60mm bases was a problem anyways.
I’m going to give all of you some time to receive your packages and assemble a few; I will then send a voluntary survey to your email addresses. This is my first run at pewter miniatures and I would love to hear your thoughts.
