I like tweeking names and words into lovely logos. I think my first official one I did was for my school's library program called BEST FOOT FORWARD. I made a logo involving a foot and a book, elementary I know, but I was in 4th grade. Ever since I've learned to love and admire advertising and old style sign art. Recently, I went to New Orleans to make signs on salvage wood, which was great, but my laptop got abducted. Not only did I not have a backup, but everything I ever designed was on that computer. Now, I want to take this opportunity to see how far I can go in developing unique and fetching logos, marathon style. This is a chance to rebuild a portfolio on commission!
I like three color, but the simplest is black & white so I will start there and move up in complexity. These are not just monograms, rather original stylized graphics, good enough to hang on a shingle. I will feature these designs on a logos page at doves&hawks designs, forever, linked to whatever you want, and you will have your own copy, too.
Win/Win.Funding helps me devote my time, at least two hours to crafting your personalized logo. It keeps me supplied with tea and biscuits and like I said my laptop went on vacation so I will be starting from scratch and defined this project as old signage style but I am open to any suggestions since I want it to be representative of you. If you are modern and minimalist I can go there too. I'm easy. I am limiting this venture to 300 logos (not that I am expecting to get there!) since I want to be able to give each one the attention it deserves.

Let Us Begin Once the funding goal is reached I will send a survey to gather the information needed to help me shape your designs. The $30 offering is for the best looking logo I could make for you. For $45 I will give you two designs to choose from. For $100 I will make you a calling card style name logo, a company logo and free one of your liking. I have to rebuild the website page where everyone's logos will be housed so it is pretty and usable. Check back for updates and stay cool.

You are the owner of your logo. You can do whatever you want with it after you receive the file in the digital format of your choice. I will publish your logo to a printing site and you can order it on various merchandise.

Yes, I just need some basic information and background and you will get my retro interpretation of your name, family name, club, or company. I am only restricting the project to letters and numbers, so no mascots or clipart will be included.
