About this project

Hey there!

DinoWax is a record company producing rock, alternative, metal and pop-punk music. Located in a minimal size warehouse space, we have huge ambitions, which have gotten us endorsed with free recording software from leaders in the technology, Cakewalk.

In the past year, we've recorded 3 new albums, including a full length album from indie-rockers, Arcuates, an EP from Holly Heist, and a pop-rock EP from Stop Is The New Go.

However, as students with part-time jobs in our early 20's, we are all in need a way to raise the money to cover the cost of manufacturing all 3 records. We (the label) signed these bands for their captivating sounds and next level live show. Now, we want you (the world) to experience what we've diligently spent the past 12 months recording.

The CDs are 100% ready to release and sound phenomenal. The approximate cost of the project is $3000 and that would cover the bread 'n' butter of CD duplication. We have lovely album art, all in template, ready to print, including a lyrics booklet for all 3 albums. With the money we will have enough to print a first-run of about 1000 CDs combined, which would get us a decent cost per cd unit. Included in that, we'll be covering our initial prepartions for tour with new merchandise and equipment upgrades.

With Kickstarter, you can pledge any amount over $25 and get a CD signed from all 3 bands when they are pressed. If you pledge enough, we'll even write a song just for you!
