Hello Haulers,

It's been a little while since we checked in with all of you, but we wanted to drop a line to say howdy, and again share our sincere thanks for the support and the warm welcome so many of you have given the game since its release. We've received an amazing amount of enthusiastic comments and the game has had an incredibly positive reception among everyone who has hauled those cubes!

The game has now officially been released for public retail, so if you have friends, family or cohorts who like the game but didn't get a copy, let them know that they can check with their local game store or go directly to shop.gamesalute.com to put in an order!

Also, if any of you out there have played The Great Heartland Hauling Co., enjoyed it, and are members of the BoardGameGeek community, you can really help us and the game out by visiting the official page, ranking it, and consider leaving comments or a review. So far, many loyal BGGers have ranked Heartland very highly, and we're grateful for that as it helps new gamers feel at ease about taking a chance with the game.

Finally, if anyone is still awaiting delivery of their copy of The Great Heartland Hauling Co., please contact warehouse@gamesalute.com and they'll be able to help you track it down.

Well, copies of The Great Heartland Hauling Co. are flying out of the warehouse as quick as Game Salute's elves can muster. It won't be long now for many of you!

While you're all waiting for your copies to arrive, why not acquaint yourselves with the basics of gameplay in this animated tutorial. It won't take the place of reading through the rulebook, but you'll definitely be prepped and ready to hit the road when your special package arrives!

Hello, haulers!

Just a quick update to let you all know that Game Salute is shipping out Kickstarter copies of The Great Heartland Hauling Co. this week, so you all should start seeing them show up on your doorsteps within a few days! These are being sent out via regular postal service domestically, so you will not receive a shipping notice or tracking number. Please be patient as they are being shipped - domestic customers should give the process a couple of weeks before getting nervous and asking about orders.

International backers, you should expect a little longer wait because of transit times and customs stops. Your packages are being shipped at the same time as US packages, though, so there will be no delays on our end.

We'll be back in a few days with a link to something special: An animated tutorial on how to play The Great Heartland Hauling Co. so you'll all be ready to get hauling when your copy arrives!

Hello Haulers,

Today's update is quick, but great - all pallets of The Great Heartland Hauling Co. have been received at the Game Salute warehouse! Game Salute has begun preparation for order fulfillment, making sure everything is accounted for and getting shipping materials ready. 

This weekend, we'll be working on processing all the backer surveys and getting those out to Game Salute. There are still 17 of you out there who have yet to fill out your surveys; we're going to wait until tomorrow morning before processing all of them, so if you haven't completed it yet, try to get it to us tonight!

We'll be back before too long with another update as soon as we get confirmation from Game Salute that order boxes are being loaded on trucks. Coming soon: 18wheeples inside 18wheelers!

Hello haulers!

Just a quick update today to remind everyone that if you haven't filled out your backer surveys that were sent out earlier this week, please do so as quickly as you can. We have a few NATIVE GOOD pledgers who have yet to fill out the survey and we want to avoid any shipping delays.

We'll be processing the surveys and getting the backer sheets to Game Salute this weekend so they can be ready to ship out the games once they are in and processed. We're in the home stretch, and we'll keep you updated as fulfillment begins!
