About Us
“GAME OVER: INSERT MORE QUARTERS” is a collection of short stories by artists from a wide range of disciplines who all share a love for comics. From Illustrators, Animators, Graphic Design and Comics, we are a group of 16 artist who have come together to create a high quality graphic novel in the good old traditional way. For months, we have been meeting up twice every week to discuss and critique our individual stories, enhancing every aspect of the comic from the art, narration, style, etc. The result is a 148 page, gorgeous collection of 16 stories in Black & White, 6" by 9" graphic novel.
This graphic novel has been months in the making and we're down to the final stage of touching it up. Together with you, we will walk through this 30 days and see the birth of the anthology. The $2500 goal is really a start for us which will allow us a limited small print of the book. We are actually aiming for a much higher goal. Once we reach the $6000 and $10000 range, we will be able to put in more materials into the book.

Yes! Both Pledges will get you a copy of the GAME OVER anthology book when its done and free shipping within the U.S. GAME OVER will retail at $35 USD in stores and we're offering it at a Kickstarter price of $25 USD. But to show our gratitude and appreciation for all your kind gesture, we're putting a huge discount for a limited 50 copy early bird price at $15 USD. Once that is sold out, you'll have to get the book at the $25 pledge.

The level 2 challenge is a $6000 funding goal that we're setting for ourselves. When our kickstarter project ends on 18 March 2012 and we exceed that goal, we will have a bigger budget to do decent comic print run. That will allow us to print a better quality book, add more pages to GAME OVER, making it 160 pages instead of 148. We will also include a mystery gift to all backers once we reach the goal.

The final boss challenge is a $10,000 funding goal that we're setting for ourselves. Since the beginning of our kickstarter drive, this has always been our dream goal. Reaching this funding goal would allow us to go to comic conventions and setting us a small fund for future GAME OVER anthology. We've begin talking about the possibilities of a colored anthology but that will come to live sometime in fall. Because of our meticulous traditional way in making comics, this small fund will go a long way to tide us through difficult times.
