Dechirico is planning release of its first self-produced studio album in Spring 2013. They require funding to help cover recording costs, hiring an experienced Producer, professional mix and mastering, and an initial production run of 1,000 CDs.

The main reason why some albums, even by established bands, never sell is the recording quality. Dechirico's plan to overcome this is to do the majority of the recording themselves in direct to digital format- saving potentially thousands of dollars, and creating the maximum budget for the album production. The band has started recording at Audio Sutra Studios in Southern California, and has lined up the expertise of Lotus Mastering in Hollywood to do the mix and mastering.
