THE SHOW 
Decibel Southwest Audio Television is a show dedicated to audio audio production manufactures and the people who make the music you listen to.
The Decibel Southwest Audio Television team will travel the world bringing you the latest in audio from concerts, manufactures, conventions, and the hottest clubbing destinations on the planet in a combination of live streams youtube and (currently) regional television stations. 

THE TEAM 

DEEJAY MUNKEE

in 1991 Deejay Munkee was going to college in Detroit and went to his first RAVE and never looked back.  In 1999 Munkee started the first techno news site in NORTH AMERICA. The site peaked in 2001 when it had exclusive press access to the Detroit Electronic Music Festival, the largest free techno festival in North America. This access brought over 30,000 hits a month for half a year.  Munkee parlayed this into a production company. Helping to underwrite the DEMF from 2001 - 2005 Munkee opened and worked with he likes of SCAN7, DERRICK MAY, KEVIN SAUNDERSON, DJ T-1000, DETROIT GRAND PUBAHS, RITCHIE HAWTIN (AKA) PLASTIKMAN, JOHN AQUAVIVA, NORM TALLEY, DJ SURGEON, POP CULTURE MEDIA, PAXHAU and too many others to list.  Deejay Munkee has produced shows in DETROIT, MIAMI, PARIS FRANCE, GENEVA SWITZERLAND and ONTARIO CANADA.  Deejay Munkee is also a brand manager and  degreed art director who has worked with FORD, GMUAW, and the Beaumont HOSPITAL SYSTEM producing cutting edge interactive design.  Deejay Munkee currently runs a small design studio in NEW MEXICO, working with politicians, economic development companies, and charities.  From motion design, to audio production he is randing products, and events Deejay Munkee has the background and connections to get the guest from around the world. 

DEEJAY X-MAN
DJ X-MAN has been in the game for well over 16 years and has DJ'd many Weddings, Concerts, Car Shows, Fundraisers Corporate events and Clubs. DJ X-MAN has performed in front of crowds as small as 2, as large as 22,000 and has opened for national recording artists such as Tech Nine, Lighter Shade of Brown, Lil John, Ludacris, Mystikal, Spice 1, Fat Joe, Ying Yang Twins, Frankie J, Baby Bash, Pitbull, Lil Flip, Lil Keke, Silm Thugg, Chamillionare, Chingy, Paul Wall, SPM, Lil Wayne and many more. DJ X-MAN also known affectionately as Tony Manteca has been on the radio for 13 years spinning on KCDY 104.1 FM. X is also an established producer and has produced industry level music for many established artists all over the country like Raza Deep, Supaman, Geminni, Merciless, Grimm, Chingo Bling, Baby Bash, DJ Unk, Fat Fish, Docwell, Duece Mobb, Juan Gambino, D.I.E. SET, David Wade and the list continues to grow! 

DEEJAY KOOLARRO\W
Producer and DJ Deejay KoolArrow been spreading the world of audio with Dirty Desert Recording located in the Duke City. Koolarrow provides production services to other musicians who know that KoolArrow is a producer who makes the smooth beats that move your feets. Deejay Koolarrow plays corporate events summer festivals, and clubs KoolArrow has been building a resume second to none in the Southwest. Deejay Kool Arrow has played in front of crowds as small as 5 and as many as 5,000+

ERIC BLAZE  
 in the studio recording a new album and planning a rock and roll circus tour ERIC BLAZE hails from DETROIT. Living in the Southwest for the last 12 years Eric has played with a number of bands over the years and brings a whole new energy level to the show.  Eric is currently the front Man for SLOW BURN. The band has played clubs, and events across New Mexico. A successful business man and entrepreneur Eric brings his years of insite to the show, working with club owners, promoters, and production people, Eric offers a different perspective and look at the world of audio!

WHY WE'RE HERE
While we were producing the pilot episode; the production facilties and company we were working with lost their contract with the City of Albuquerque ending their 30 year relationship and leaving us without a way to produce the show.
No longer having access to the studio which has closed it's doors, and the field equipment which we need we're looking to purchase our own to continue and ensure we have total control of the production process. 

HOW WILL WE USE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS?
We need to purchase 3 digital slr Nikon D5100's cases and tripods and lens filters.  These cameras have HD 1080 X 768 video as well as digital photos.  We're looking for two PC rendering stations monitors keyboards and enough ram to make our show happen each and everyweek ontime.
The rendering equipment can be used  we're not above recyling - and know pawn shops, craigslist, and used computer stores are a smorgasborg of equipment. Our background allows us to build up a system powerful enough to do this.

The rest of the funds will help pay for travel expenses  so we can get to manufacturers engineers, events, conventions, award shows and clubs around the world that make audio happen.
 

WHERE WE WILL BE BROADCASTING 

with contacts in TEXAS, NEW MEXICO DETROIT AND COLORADO in the states, we will be sending our show to several stations for rebroadcasting. Rebroadcasting the show online - we'll reach our 10000+ facebook fanbase including people in South America, Europe, and the African continent. 

OUR REVENUE STREAMS

Our show gives us broadcast commercial appeal, from instrument companies, energy drink companies to clothing manufacturers, we have the demographics they are looking for. Advertisers beyond the SOUTHWEST can benefit from being seen on our show as well.  Hotel and vacation destinations, airlines, and event promoters will gain a new niche audience that regularly use their services. 
In addition to traditional and online advertising revenue models local broadcasters have revenue sharing models that we are exploring. Bottom line- we know that being profitable, is the only way to stay in business and we're the hustlers to generate that kind of income.
