My first album "Restless and Breathing" is ready to go, but I need YOUR help to release it. Join in the process!
My name is Dave Kluge. Over the last two years I have been writing and recording a collection of indie folk songs. The album is called Restless and Breathing. Check out the above video to get an idea of what it sounds like!

Restless and Breathing coalesces poetic short stories into a freshly eclectic blend of indie-rock, Americana-folk, bluegrass, and at times, hints of jazz. The lyrics create an aesthetic inspired by artists such as Bon Iver, Kings of Convenience, Jon Foreman, and Chris Thile. This music will take you on an unforgettable journey...
The album is completely done being recorded and mixed!!! So the music you hear in the video is right from the album (go ahead...watch it again)
MY GOAL is to raise $1,000, or more, by October 14th, 2012 at 10:30pm EST. This money will go directly towards mastering and replicating the album into physical CDs for you! This amount is the minimum I would need to make it happen, so naturally any additional funds will go towards higher quality mastering and further promoting the album.
I chose to fund this project through Kickstarter because it is secure for the backers (you), and I can release this music without going into debt (= more $ to buy diapers for our baby!)
As with all Kickstarter projects, if my goal is not reached, then no money trades hands, and the project will not happen. This would be sad. So please spread the word and THANK YOU for your support!
