A Sensible Initiation
As you'd expect, we're currently working hard with the Sensible team to amass as much archive material as possible for inclusion in our forthcoming book.
Highlights so far include pencil-on-paper maps from Cannon Fodder, the very first proposal document from the original Sensible Soccer, a complete plan for the elusive Sex 'n' Drugs 'n' Rock 'n' Roll and even some early character drawings from the ill-fated Have a Nice Day. There was even a large brown envelope which I very carefully opened to discover it just had a photograph of Dave Perry from Gamesmaster in and nothing else. Yes, he was wearing the bandanna.
I'll be posting nuggets from our burgeoning pile of paper and disks as the campaign progresses. First of all though, I thought I'd share an image just sent to me from the eminent Stoo Cambridge (Graphics guru from the Sensible team) in advance of us meeting up in the coming days. Execiting [sic] or what?

Really looking forward to this—it's clear your archaeological intents are legit AND supported. Keep up the fantastic work, Darren!

Would be great to have small snippets of game source code in the book. 68000 assembly code can be very beautiful :-)

ZikZak: I'm familiar with Pix'N Love, but you're right, I should drop them a line and say hello. I'll see how far my terrible French gets me...
