"Molino" - Debut Album by Daniel Reyes Llinas

The funding I am looking for is to cover the press of "Molino" on a CD digipak 

on late July 2011, cover the mechanical license to include "One Time" by King Crimson and  digital distribution release fees.

The record is at 100% edited, mixed and mastered. It only needs to be manufactured and to be available for digital downloads.

"Molino" means "Mill" in Spanish. The transformation of one substance into different forms of energy. 

13 world class musicians contributed with their amazing work, dedication and talent:

"Parias Ensemble": Luis Ianes (Guitar), Emilio Teubal (Accordion) , Franco Pinna (Drums), Ivan Barenboim (Clarinet), Motoki Mihara (Bass) & Caleigh Drane (Cello).

"A Glass Buffalo": Frantz Loriot (Viola), Adrian Mira (Clarinet), Anne Lieberwirth (Bass) & John O' brien (Drums)

Lastly Spectaculars Carlos Cordeiro (Clarinet) and Susan Mitchell (Violin) & Lina Villegas (Vocals).

Thanks to the amazing support of Luis Carlos Ianes, driving force of Parias Ensemble that with his incredible vision has given me endless trust in the music making process.

Is also relevant  that all musicians were paid for the recording sessions except by John O' brien, Luis Ianes, Lina Villegas & Carlos Cordeiro . They with genuine intention expressed their interest in music making, selflessly giving their time and goodwill contributing to make it happen.

The art cover is made by Sergio Ortiz on an original photo by French photographer Blandine Le Gall.

The first phase of recording sessions were conducted by Santiago Muñoz, assisted by Daniel Imaña and the crew of Skyline Studios on March 17th 2010, the second session took place at Pirahna Studios, conducted by Daniel Imaña assisted by Santiago Muñoz in May 19th 2010. The third phase, is made of intermittent recordings with Chris Castagno, of Carlos Cordeiro at his home studio, recordings with Luis Ianes and myself at Luis' s Chateau, and finally myself home in. 

The mixing of first and second phase was done by the team of Muñoz / Imaña and the third phase by Tony Geballe. The mastering will be done @ On Air Mastering by Julian Silva. 

The Track "Carmen" was mastered by Enrique Margulis and it will be available to download as reward for backers.

All the music & lyrics are written by Daniel Reyes Llinas, except for "One Time" a free arrangement of a "King Crimson" song, performed by Parias Ensemble. Further notifications are due to be made for its publication.

This is a super production all made with the invaluable help and support of my family, the musicians and donors.

Many thanks to Santiago Muñoz, whom not only believed on the idea, worked with his full heart, craft and capacity, recording both live sessions. But who is also a gentleman of supreme kindness.
