Update #8: MORIARTY release party in L.A. this Wednesday!
Hey Guys!
I wanted to let you know that MORIARTY issue #1 is releasing this coming Wednesday from Image Comics! Thanks again to everyone. Because of your help, MORIARTY will soon be available in comic shops everywhere!
If you're in town, we're having a publisher release party this coming Wednesday at Meltdown Comics on Sunset Blvd in L.A. Their address:

Update #7: Great News!
Hey, Everyone!
I've been waiting months now to be able to share this great news with you: Image Comics has announced that they are going to be publishing MORIARTY! You can see the press release at their site: www.imagecomics.com.
Thanks again so very much for helping us get this project off the ground! Just as I told you when we were putting this together: Every penny that you donated went into the book. You helped make this possible! The fact that we had a few issues in the can already really helped!

Update #6: WE DID IT!!!!
Thanks to everyone who contributed to our campaign to help Professor Moriarty take over the world! We have met with success! Thank you for your generosity, and for checking in and encouraging us along the way.

Hey,

Update #4: Seven days left! The end is in sight!
Hey Guys,
As of this writing, we are 70% funded! That's great! Only seven days to go, though, so we're coming right down to the wire.
This is it: the time when heroes are made.
Well, not really.
But anyway, thanks to all of you who have pitched in, reposted my constant plugs for the campaign, and endured the constant noise we've been making over here to promote the project. Each one of you are now on my list of favorite people.

Update #3: Halfway there...almost!
Hey Guys,
Thanks again for supporting Professor Moriarty and his quest for world domination! Just wanted to check in real quick and let you know that we are, at this point, 50% into our campaign, and 46% funded. So things are going pretty good, but we have a little catching up to do. Update #2: Back from Comic-Con!

We're back from Comic-Con! It was a great time. Anthony and I had a signing on Friday afternoon at the Geekscape booth, right next to the Legendary Pictures display. So the score of "Inception" was gloriously blaring for us the whole time. Pretty cool.

Daniel Corey is a director, screenwriter, playwright, and novelist. He has authored screenplays, teleplays, stage plays, two comic series, and a novel.
Daniel spent four years as writer in residence with the New York Acting Ensemble, where 10 of his plays were produced, several of which he directed. Titles included JOGGERS, PSYCHE IN A BOX, STAR OF INDIA, and THE WHITE ROOM.
Daniel has ranked in several distinguished competitions. The screenplay he penned based on his own novel, ELIZABETH KILBRIDE, was a quarterfinalist in Francis Ford Coppola’s American Zoetrope Screenwriting Competition. Also, his KING OF THE HILL spec script, titled THE YIDDISH CONNECTION, was a top 10 finalist in Creative Screenwriting’s AAA Teleplay Competition, as well as a Second Rounder at the 2006 Austin Film Festival Teleplay Competition. Most recently, the screenplay he wrote based on his comic MORIARTY: THE DARK CHAMBER was a quarterfinalist Coppola’s Screenwriting Competition, as well as a Second Rounder at the 2009 Austin Film Festival Screenplay Competition.
In 2007, Daniel created DANGERKATT CREATIVE STUDIO, a company that serves as an umbrella for all of his creative endeavors. DANGERKATT has since yielded the comic series PROPHET. PROPHET was made available online as a digital comic in September 2008, and garnered over 200,000 hits in its first quarter. The first volume graphic novel of PROPHET is now available. Current projects include the graphic novel MORIARTY: THE DARK CHAMBER.
